All of the 73 luxurious and spacious rooms of the Ilala Lodge Hotel open onto a private balcony, or, on the lower floor, into the lush garden. Guests can choose between Standard Rooms, Standard Suites, Deluxe Suites, Exclusive Suites and one Strathearn Suite with its private lounge. All are fully air-conditioned and are equipped with an overhead sealing fan, mini bar, satellite TV, tea/coffee station and Wi-Fi.

The Cassia Restaurant offers an international gourmet cuisine. Guests of the Ilala Lodge Hotel dining under the open African sky can at times view the spray of the nearby Victoria Falls, as well as animals like warthogs and impala walking through the garden.
